Trustwave Managed Security Services
The Trustwave Managed Security Services global Security Operations Center (SOC) network enables us to offer managed firewall services for vendors, including Cisco, Fortinet and Juniper Networks and others, all backed by certified expert staff. Our five SOCs provide around-the clock-support, staffed with security experts who have in-depth knowledge and experience working with complex network environments for highly distributed environments.
Visibility into the operation of the Managed Firewall service is available through the Managed Security Servicesmodule of Trustwave’s award-winning TrustKeeper cloud portal. The portal offers:
- Easy reporting access for security status and service performance
- Log and event data for security, compliance and audit needs
- Single login access to all contracted Trustwave services
Trustwave provides additional services to augment our Managed Firewall Service, including Managed Unified Threat Management based on Trustwave firewall technology, Managed Intrusion Detection and Prevention, Managed Vulnerability Scanning and Managed SIEM offerings.
Security alert and event detail are at your fingertips; easily accessible via the MSS module of the TrustKeeper Web portal. Alerts and events are broken down by Priority and can be easily sorted by Top Data Sources and Top Alert & Event Types with drill-down visibility. A “Paperclips” slide bar can also be used to dynamically widen or narrow event history time windows.
